How many laser treatments does it take?
A minimum of four to seven treatments (clients/patients with Insulin Resistance , PCOS, certain other medical conditions and  hair growth stimulating medication may require more); however we seem to remove  the bulk of the growth within four to five treatments.

How far apart are the treatments?
Six weeks apart.

Who does the procedure?
In Florida, Certified Medical Electrologist (CME) PA, LNP and physicians. We have two certified medical electrologists and a physician on staff.

Can you give a ballpark figure as to how much it will cost me?
Without seeing you, we cannot. Face treatment and some body work can start as low as $75 and go up from there, depending on how much hair needs to be removed. We price our services individually because we believe you shouldn't have to pay as much as someone with more hair to remove.

I have light, fine brown hairs mingled with coarse gray hairs. Will the laser remove them?
The laser targets dark hairs and we can remove fine and light hairs permanently with electrolysis.

How long has LCF been doing permanent hair removal?
We have been permanently removing hair since 1978 using Electrolysis. We were the first center in Florida to offer laser hair removal using Candela's GentleLASE (year 1998). LCF was also the first center in Florida to offer Candela's GentleYAG, which works for tanned and dark skin (year 2001).

Is hair removal your center's primary business?
Laser and Electrolysis hair removal is our specialty. We also own our equipment instead of renting it.

Do you offer a consultation?
Yes. Our consultation is very thorough. We show you a video about laser hair removal and how it works, we go through before-and-after pictures of some of our clients with you, and at that time, you will meet one-on-one with a technician. The technician will go over all of the information with you, answer all of your questions, and after evaluating the area you want done, they will give you your price in writing.
